"United States Healthcare" patch is designed to reflect American Healthcare as it is, and not how it is advertised. 1973 is listed as the dosage because that was the year the Health Maintenance Organization Act formalized a profit-driven insurance model as national policy. Healthcare in the United States was formally redirected toward insurance logic, profit extraction, and labor preservation rather than universal care or human well-being. The label text states the diagnosis: bodies are maintained just enough to remain productive, but not healthy enough to be free.

The warning, “may cause death or harm,” reflects the lived reality of medical debt, delayed care, rationed treatment, and preventable death in a system where access is conditional and illness is monetized.
